We hope you will love your new Little Ndaba friend! However, should you decide not to keep your Little Ndaba, we will happily give you a full refund or replace your purchase. 

Note: Due to the fact that we are a social enterprise operating out of Zambia, Africa, we cannot absorb the financial burden of shipping your Little Ndaba all the way back to us.  Additionally, as an advocate for the environment, we would not wish to add to our carbon footprint. Therefore we would kindly request that you donate the toy to your nearest ANIMAL SHELTER  if it has a fault or CHILDREN’s HOSPITAL if there is no fault. 

The process is simple and only requires a little bit of goodwill effort. 

1. The really easy bit... You will simply need to fill out a very quick questionnaire letting us know whether you wish to be refunded or have us send you any new Little Ndaba friend (of the same value) as a replacement. We would need you to do this within 1 week of receipt of the toy. 

2. The goodwill effort bit... Identify and visit a suitable animal shelter or hospital to donate your Little Ndaba and take a photo to help us be sure it has been suitably re-homed. As soon as we receive a photo of the shelter or hospital receiving it’s donated Little Ndaba we will immediately refund or replace your Little Ndaba.

What if I don’t have a shelter or hospital conveniently nearby?

Animal shelters and hospitals are just our suggestion. If you can find any other willing recipient that would do too. We just ask that the recipient be a registered organisation (as opposed to individuals) and that there is some form of photographic evidence to show the toy in it’s new home.

What if the recipient I choose doesn’t want my Little Ndaba donation? 

In this case we would ask you to email us at charlotte@littlendaba.design to give us a chance to find a willing home and give you the details.
